Becky (daughter) called today and wanted some online information for a paper she has to right on the impeccability of Christ. I don't understand the argument- if you ask me, He was both peccable and impeccable. But, she has to defend the impeccable aspect of the argument. So far Julie (another daughter) hasn't called yet today. Both of them go to the same Bible college. Julie's a Senior and Becky is a Junior.
I dropped off a passenger this morning at DSS and before he could step away from the bus, a big old SUV whizzed around the bus on the right side. The bus was stopped in the middle of the lane to prevent passing on either side. I followed the driver to where she was parking and confronted her. She informed me that she was a lawyer. Huh? What does that have to do with the fact that she illegally passed a bus? Maybe she thought it was going to scare me. Right. All it did was make me mad. She then tried to tell me that my flashers weren't on. I asked her if that made it safer (they were on). So she reverted to her "I'm a lawyer." Wonder how far that argument gets her in the courtroom.
I was listening to Family Life Network on the radio tonight to a really intriguing study on Revelation. The speaker was comparing the "vial judgements" to the plagues that were visited on Egypt during Moses' time. Just one more proof of the way the Old Testament and the New Testament mirror one another. Yesterday I was reading a study on the internet about the significance of Bible numbers, specifically the 7, 40, 360, 390, 430, 1150, 1260, 1270, 1278, 1290 and the 3 and a half times. It was amazing but so mind boggling that I had to leave it for a while.
I finally found a "cure" for those miserable "Stop! Windows Requires Immediate Attention! 67 Critical registry errors found..." Every ten minutes one of those would pop up. Anyway, the fix is this: go to start, control panel, performance/maintanance, services and scroll down to "messenger". Disable it. And, voila! The ads stop. Get ready for a whole lot more of this kind of thing- it's legal and there are already multiple sources waiting to bombard your computer. More good news- I got rid of Lovsan.A as well.
Imagine- normally talkative me has nothing to say today
